Cody Harrison is a twelve year old orphan who has been living on the streets for approximately two years. Child Protective Services has noted he is getting schooling but have been unable to locate his place of residence to take him into foster care. One recent attempt to follow Harrison ended when two CPS case workers tried to detain him at school but lost track of him. In many cases where CPS or school officials have tried to ascertain where he lives, he has been able to lose himself on a crowded street to the chagrin of his pursuers.

Although Harrison has no criminal record, he is suspected of shoplifting but no evidence has been found to support it. His late parents left no money, home, or means of support. The boy has no known relatives.

Harrison was allowed to join the Squadron eXtreme under the terms of the Underage Metahuman Agreement between UNTIL, the Squadron Supreme and the United States federal government (see Mutant Initiative X-23, UNTIL File No. 14545184522984). Recently, although a motion for adoption has been filed, he will continue to be a Ward of the Squadron until such time as he is legally adopted.
